As of the current date, April of 2020, the United States, and the world, finds itself in the middle of a crisis. The Church has been majorly impacted as well, with some wondering if things will ever be “normal” again.
Of course, this could depend upon our view of “normal” for the Church. Is it assembling every Sunday morning in a large building where we sing praises to God, give tithes and offerings for His work, and hear the Pastor deliver a Bible teaching? I would probably say this has become the standard of what the Church would consider “normal” over the last 50 or so years.
So, must the Church return to “normal?” Or, should we embrace a “new” form of normal? Could God be breaking through traditional means in order to bring a “new thing” into being?
